This privacy policy explains how Waggle Pet Services Ltd ("Wagglers", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit wewaggle.co.uk, book through our online booking app at app.wewaggle.co.uk, or use our dog daycare, dog walking and dog care services.

Wagglers is a family-run dog care business based in Wilmslow, Cheshire. We are the "data controller" responsible for your personal data under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Booking and payment details, the services you book and your payment history. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.

Technical & usage data, your IP address, browser type, device information, and how you use our website, collected through cookies and similar technologies where you have consented.
Marketing preferences, your choices about receiving marketing from us and your cookie consent settings.

5. Cookies & tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, to understand how it is used, and, with your consent, to measure and improve our advertising. When you first visit, we ask for your consent to non-essential cookies, and you can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. Essential cookies needed for the site to function are always active.

If you arrive at our website from an advert or a link in an email, we keep the campaign reference from that link in your browser so that, if you go on to book, we know which campaign brought you to us. This contains no personal information and is not shared with anyone else.

We use trusted third-party services that may set cookies or process data on our behalf, including:

Google (Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Maps), for analytics, advertising measurement and to show our location, where you have consented.
Meta (the Meta Pixel), to measure and improve our advertising, where you have consented.
Transpond, our email marketing platform, which manages our mailing list.
Stripe, which processes card payments made through our booking app.
Cloudflare, which hosts our website, and Amazon Web Services, which hosts our booking app.

We only share your personal data with the service providers listed above (acting as our data processors) so that they can perform services on our behalf, and where we are required to do so by law. We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.

Some of our providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as UK-approved standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions) to ensure your data receives an equivalent level of protection.
